OC-Sensor™ At IBMS Congress 2019

Mast Group Ltd had two stands at IBMS Congress 2019; one in Hall 4 focused on Microbiology products and another located in the registration area dedicated entirely to FIT. Mast account managers and the FIT product specialists were on hand to engage with new and existing customers about FIT; which is currently a hot topic in Biochemistry and beyond.

FIT was an appropriate topic at Congress this year, with a Clinical Chemistry session on Implementation of the FIT at Peterborough City Hospital on the Tuesday and three posters related to FIT showcased on the Wednesday.

Congratulations to IBMS poster competition winner Cerin John from Guildford Bowel Cancer Screening Hub for her poster ‘Do overloading sampling devices affect faecal Immunochemical haemoglobin concentration?’.

The OC-Sensor iO and OC-Sensor Pledia were on display, representing both the symptomatic and screening applications of FIT and showcasing the scalability and flexibility of the OC-Sensor platforms available from Mast.

Sincerest thanks to the many interested parties, both new and known, for visiting the FIT stand at IBMS Congress.

Further information on the OC-Sensor™ platforms can be found via the dedicated FIT website www.qfit.co.uk or get in touch with the team via FIT@mastgrp.com.
